Penang Digital Library 2 is the first prize-winning project of the competition for PAM Award 2019, in which an award for architecture in Malaysia recognizes leading architects' contributions to design quality in the built environment. The project aims to merge the demand for libraries with a modern lifestyle and the latest technology.
